Professional liability coverage is offered through an A Rated Carrier. Three levels of liability coverage include $250,000, $500,000 or $1,000,000 with aggregates up to $3,000,000. Policy form is claims made. Coverage can be included for the applicant, applicants owned company, employees and contractors. General liability can be added.

Policy protects against claims including defense costs, alleging errors, omissions or negligent acts arising out of professional interpreting or translating services.

This program is available in all states excluding Alaska & Mississippi. Broker commission is payable at 10%. Increased commissions are available for MGAs and wholesalers.
