This special program is designed for the owners of properties that are vacant or under renovation or rehabilitation as well as for Owners having new buildings constructed. Also eligible are tenants having their premises remodeled or built out within a building that they do not own.

The requirement of the owner is that they engage a professional general contractor providing insurance through an acceptable general liability carrier at limits at least equal to the limits provided by this package. It also requires that the owner be named as additional insured and held harmless by the general contractor.
