We have a select market for large trucking accounts! USRisk has an A+XV admitted carrier that will quote up to $5 million in auto liability limits (including physical damage), with very low deductibles. Incidental GL can be written in conjunction with the trucks.The market offers competitive pricing, top-notch claims and loss-control services. We are currently seeking accounts with excess of $200,000 in premium.
A complete submission must be provided, and must contain the following fully completed forms:
1. ACORD apps (125, 127, 137; and 126 if incidental GL is needed)
2. A Truck application.
3. A complete schedule of vehicles, including description, garaging location, use, radius, and cost new.
4. Five years of currently valued loss runs
5. Current financial statement
6. Current drivers list and MVRs
