USRisk has an A+XV admitted carrier that will quote up to $5 million in auto liability limits (including physical damage), with very low deductibles. Incidental GL can be written in conjunction with the auto.The market offers competitive pricing and top-notch claims and loss-control services. We are currently seeking:

1. For premiums of $75,000 or more—shuttle and people-mover accounts, including fixed-route transit buses and non-emt vehicles

2.For premiums of $200,000 or more—just about any other large transportation account, including taxis and truckers

A complete submission must be provided, and must contain the following fully completed forms:

1. ACORD apps (125, 127, 137; and 126 if incidental GL is needed)

2. A Public Auto questionnaire, or a trucker’s questionnaire if it is not a people-mover account.

3. A complete schedule of vehicles, including description, garaging location, use, radius, number of passengers, and cost new.

4. Five years of currently valued loss runs

5. Current financial statement

6. Current drivers list and MVRs
