Trident utilizes a custom built, custom-designed software platform. This system can be tailored specifically to the needs of each individual client. Financing quotes are entered through this online system by your users, and premium finance agreements can be generated quickly and easily. Variables like interest rates or terms on a specific contract can be modified by the users our clients authorize. Updates to the system to reflect changes to contract variables or rate charts are implemented within seconds. The system supports multiple configurations per client, allowing for "preferred" rate and tern setups, variables based on policy type, etc. We can configure it to fit the needs of the client while maintaining ease of use and flexibility. Training of your staff takes less than an hour via web conference or in person, and your employees can be quoting and submitting business into your premium finance company with minimal transition time once training is complete.
Electronic Contract Submission:
The Trident online system enables users to submit premium finance agreements for booking electronically, saving time and effort. Contracts are sent through our system and reviewed by our personnel to verify compliance with applicable state laws and client guidelines, and booking (or return for edit) takes place within one business day of submission. Faxing, scanning and emailing, or mailing for booking is not necessary. While the original agreement (or a signed copy) will be sent to us a follow-up, the booking process is quick and easy. The instant a contract is booked, our system generates a message back to the user to acknowledge booking and to notify them of the new account number. As with everything else in the Trident online system, the system is completely real-time so users know immediately of any activity on any account, or on the creation of new accounts. As part of the Trident online system, users are also able to generate endorsement or "add-on" quotes within having to first call us, also saving time and effort.
Virtual File Cabinet:
To expedite the flow of information on a premium finance account, our system incorporates a virtual file cabinet. this technology provides complete and total access to any document on any account at any time. No calls or emails are needed, no waiting for a file to be pulled and sent back. Users simply access the account they need information on and locate the desired document off a chronological list. Every document generated on an account is stored in this system, from monthly billing statements to late and cancellation notices to reinstatement requests. All documents are stored in .pdf format for ease of viewing and storage. Of course, this system does not replace contacting us with questions on an account, but serves to supplement the user experience and save time if a copy of a document is needed.
