• Property Coverage including Building, BPP, Business Income and Equipment Breakdown- up to $5 mil TIV per location.
Liability Coverages Include:
• Sexual Molestation - $200,000/$200,000 Limit
• Hired and Non-Owned Auto Liability - $100,000/$100,000 Sublimit
• Defense Outside the Limit
• Claims Made - up to 3 years Retro Available.
Eligible Risks:
• Elderly and MRDD homes.
• Early and Mid-Stage Alzheimers acceptable
• Non-Ambulatory acceptable- provided not bed-ridden
• Florida Risks are NOT Eligible
• Nursing Homes are NOT Eligible
Coverage is placed through our exclusive program with an A- rated carrier.
Minimum Premiums are as low as $900 at lower limits for General Liability and Professional Liability combined.
