Coverage protects you from claims arising from actual or alleged negligent acts. This professional liability product, also referred to as E&O, is backed by the security of Fireman’s Fund, an insurance carrier that is rated A (Excellent) XV by AM Best & Co.
Features of Program:
- Eligible for product: Benefit Administrators and Consultants
- Competitive Rates
- Limits available from $1,000,000 up to $5,000,000. Higher limits may be available.
- Defense expenses provided in addition to the Limits of Liability.
- Deductibles available from $5,000 up to $25,000.
- Coverage for claims made against you in the conduct of your profession as a Pension Actuary, Actuary, Pension Consultant/Administrator, Employee Benefit Plan Consultant/Administrator, Life Agent, Accident and Health Agent, and Notary Public.
- Insured includes you, your business entity, the business entity where you are employed, along with any current and former employees, partners, officers, directors, stockholders, heirs, executors, and independent contractors while working on your behalf.
- Coverage includes claims resulting from prior acts performed back to the date of first continuous E&O insurance coverage.
- Extended reporting period to report claims is available for 12 months.
