  • Provides coverage for your company in the event an employee brings suit for your alleged failure to enroll, mishandling of coverage, or wrongful cancellation with regard to their employee benefits.

  • Provides coverage outside your existing limits for crisis management losses or crisis response costs incurred as a result of a crisis event; i.e. a man-made emergency event as defined within the declaration of terms within your policy.

  • The law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker (Wilson Elser), the largest insurance defense law firm in the country, has been appointed National Claims Coordinator for the Lexington-Brownyard Programs Security Guard and Investigator Programs. A 24-Hour helpline manned by Wilson Elser attorneys has been established to respond to legal liability questions posed by Lexington/Brownyard security guard and private investigation insureds and their insurance brokers.
