For groups who like traditional PPO medical plans, our “Build Your Own” format gives them the choice to select the options they want:

1. Broad range of deductible, co-pay, coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximum combinations;
2. Preventive care services covered at 100%
3. Prescription coverage with the choice of:
   1. 3-tier (generic/brand/non-formulary) co-pay options alongside Rx deductible options,
   2. 50% co-pay only (no deductible), or
   3. Discount Only Card (no co-pays or deductible)

Prescription Coverage
Health solutions II include prescription benefits or discounts from Caremark.  Caremark’s network has over 60,000 participating pharmacies nationwide and offers the option to refill prescriptions by mail.
