Supportive Services Insurance is a crucial part to AFC's Health & Human Services program! These are referral services that provide direction and guidance for people who are developmentally or mentally disabled.

Eligible List of Classes:
Referral Services for Developmentally Disabled, Referral Services for Mentally Retarded

Coverages Available:
Package, General & Professional Liability, Coverage Endorsement & Enhancements including Volunteers & Independent Contractors as Insureds, Optional Key Employee Replacement Endorsement, Optional Extended Coverage Endorsement with Blanket Additional Insured, Umbrella, Property, Auto (some restrictions may apply) and Abuse & Molestation 

Ineligible Risks:
Adoption Agency (if more than 25% of operations), Assisted Living (Senior Citizens, Elderly), Birthing Centers, Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program (if overnight activities), Community Redevelopment Agencies, Correctional Facilities, Family Planning Clinics (other than Pregnancy Counseling only Facilities), Foster Care Agencies, Psychiatric Hospitals, Housing Authority, Public Housing, Sex Offenders, Stand Alone Special Events/Fundraisers, Student Cooperative Housing, Violent Youth Lockdowns
