AFC's Health & Human Services Program provides coverage for services that assist persons living with HIV/AIDS. These programs provide a variety of services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. This may include guidance to essential benefits, educational resources, life coaching, emotional awareness, nutritional counseling and housing assistance.

Services for Individuals with HIV/AIDS, Respite Care, Home Health Care, Hospice, Nutritional Counseling
