AFC's Health & Human Services Program includes coverage for Drug Rehabilitation Insurance Services. The program is specifically designed to meet the unique needs for professional Drug Rehab Services. These treatment centers may provide medical and behavioral care with nutritional counseling. Coverage for Clinics may be included when it is only part of the overall services. Drug Rehabilitation, Alcohol Rehabilitation, Outpatient Alcohol & Drug Counseling, Rehabilitation Centers, Halfway Houses Inpatient, Methadone, Early Release Prisoner Programs (Alcohol & Drug related offenses only), Clinics (No stand alone, must be part of overall services), Outpatient Detox

Ineligible Operations for H&HS Program
Adoption Agency (if more than 25% of operations), Assisted Living (Senior Citizens, Elderly), Birthing Centers, Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program (if overnight activities), Community Redevelopment Agencies, Correctional Facilities, Family Planning Clinics (other than Pregnancy Counseling only Facilities), Foster Care Agencies, Psychiatric Hospitals, Housing Authority, Public Housing, Sex Offenders, Stand Alone Special Events/Fundraisers, Student Cooperative Housing, Violent Youth Lockdowns

Package, General & Professional Liability, Coverage Endorsement & Enhancements including Volunteers & Independent Contractors as Insureds, Optional Key Employee Replacement Endorsement, Optional Extended Coverage Endorsement with Blanket Additional Insured, Umbrella, Property, Auto (some restrictions may apply) and Abuse & Molestation
