Customized Mini Insurance Boot Camps
In-House Customized Mini-Boot Camp
This is usually one day or two days if the agency is divided into two groups. The Mini-Boot Camp takes my basic one-hour presentation that gives the "Headlines" and expands it into an interactive, fun, informative, and productive day. At the end of the day, the participants will know:
1. Why retention is so important,
2. Why they cannot afford allowing a Client to have a negative event,
3. Why they have to be nothing less than “absolutely delightful every day,”
4. Why they have to cross-sell and ask for referrals,
5. Why they must Wow! Clients every day, and
6. Why they must Wow! each other every day.
Our results-driven Boot Camps are designed to help your agency provide outstanding service that will keep your clients for life & have them regularly referring other business to your agency while cross-buying.

Most agencies and companies opt to have Self-directed Teams implementing some of the ideas. The Teams send me their Meeting minutes and there is not any additional burden on Management. I am "on call" for them for one year. I visit quarterly to meet with Management and with the Teams, to track progress and provide additional tools and skills to ensure that your talent stays sharp!
