You agree that this program, also know as a search engine, portal, web site or facilitation site and any substantially similar Internet underwriting program for property and casualty insurance on an international basis derived herein is the sole exclusive property of CompleteMarkets.com. F. This agreement between the person, entity or user using the products of CompleteMarkets and/or any of its subsidiaries supersedes any previously existing agreements regarding the subject matter hereof. The terms of the agreement cover the product, defined as CompleteMarkets newsletter registrants, Search Engine Subscriber products or content, as modified or updated, including all subsequent upgrades or additions. This product is licensed to the user(s) and not sold. Product Service License terms This license permits the user to use the documents contained in the product, site, portal and search engine. The license grants no right to redistribute, recirculate, or infringe the compilation and presentation of these documents. The user may not rent, lease, or lend either the product or access to it. Copyright The product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions and the user agrees to treat the product as protected copyright material, except as provided for in the licensing agreement. Under no circumstances shall CompleteMarkets, any of its subsidiaries, or the various commentary notations, be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of that information or commentary. You agree to indemnify the above parties and hold them harmless from any actions, claims, proceedings, or liabilities arising from your use. Insurance is underwritten by member companies of different insurance carriers, and is subject to underwriting review and approval. The description herein is a summary only. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CompleteMarkets from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss it may incur (including, without limitation, attorneys fees) as a result of any violation by you of your obligations under this agreement.
