"By the way, I did land that $5,200 contingent lease liability account I discussed
a few months ago.
Went into the IMMS.com site and their CompleteMarkets section, plugged in some information
about the risk and within 10 minutes had an e-mail from a broker who specialized
in that risk type.
Had a quote within one day of my submission, presented, and wrote the account. Took
it away from a local broker who had it for years."
